As Head of Paid Media at Love Energy Savings, I led paid acquisition, scaling the business into the UK’s largest advertiser across Business Energy, Business Broadband, and Business Water, contributing to EBITDA growth of c. 10x from £1m to £10m.
I managed a high six-figure monthly paid media budget across Google Ads (Search, Display and YouTube), Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Native, with full accountability for strategy, execution, performance, and commercial impact.
Over a five-year period, we scaled annual Business Energy leads from low four figures to high five figures (+1,088%), revenue from six figures to eight figures (+1,122%), and gross profit from loss-making to high six figures (+609%).

As Paid Media Manager on the CHEP account, I managed a high five-figure monthly budget across Google Ads (Search and Display) spanning 22 countries and 18 languages, namely the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine. Campaign structure and messaging were tailored to each territory based on budgets and commercial objectives.
Over six months, we grew average monthly leads per territory by 103% without increasing ad spend, and reduced Cost per Lead by 51%. We achieved this through a series of improvements across each market, including search query refinements, bid adjustments, tests, as well as UX and creative optimisation.

As Paid Media Manager at Bridgewater Finance Group, I managed a high six-figure PPC budget across Google Ads (Search and Display) and Microsoft Ads (Bing) spanning six websites within the group.
Over six months, we achieved an industry all-time low cost-per-IVA of sub-£190, while delivering the highest monthly IVA volume in the company’s 15-year history (1,183 cases). Paid Search leads scaled by +249% and IVAs by +255%, while reducing cost per IVA by 36% through a series of optimisations across the value chain.
Paid Media drove 24% year-on-year business-wide growth in IVAs (from 6,985 to 8,645) and increased UK market share from 9% to 11%, strengthening Bridgewater’s position as the UK’s third-largest IVA provider.
