I’m George Prodanov, founder of PPC Consultancy. I’ve spent the last 14 years running paid acquisition across in-house and agency roles, managing over £100M in media and helping multiple businesses scale from six to eight figures.
Over the course of my career, I’ve delivered campaigns spanning 61 countries and 39 languages for multinationals and SMEs alike, working across a wide range of industries including Energy, Financial Services, Technology (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), Price Comparison, Supply Chain and Logistics, Telecommunications, and Automotive.
Why I started PPC Consultancy
After more than a decade running paid acquisition and managing marketing teams, I had a clear view of where the agency model usually breaks. Senior people sell the contract, then juniors run the account. The reporting gets thicker as the results get thinner. Strategy quietly stops being commercial and starts being defensible.
PPC Consultancy is built to remove those failure points.
What makes us different
Paid advertising is our specialism. Google Ads and Meta Ads are the core of the business, rather than one offer inside a wider digital agency. That depth means we see things generalist agencies miss, and it shows up in efficiency, lead quality, and return on ad spend.
The work is founder-led. You talk directly to the people running your campaigns, not to account managers two layers removed from the buying tools. That shortens the brief-to-decision cycle and keeps strategy and execution in the same room.
Every senior we bring in has 10+ years in their specific discipline. When a client needs SEO, CRO, design and UX, or tracking and analytics support alongside the paid work, we add proven specialists in those areas. No juniors training on client budgets.
What we do
Paid Search and Paid Social are the core. We build and scale Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns, and pick the channel mix based on where each client’s customers are and what it costs to reach them on each platform.
Where it helps the commercial outcome, we add SEO, CRO, Design and UX, and Tracking and Analytics. Smart bidding only performs as well as the data feeding it, conversion only happens if the landing experience earns it, and organic search only compounds if the technical foundations are sound. We work across all of these so the parts pull in the same direction.
How we work
The process is straightforward. Strategy first: we map your business model, your unit economics, who buys from you, and what success looks like before we touch a campaign. Then we launch and learn, driving high-quality conversion data so the bidding agents can find a baseline. Then we optimise and scale, with a clear plan built on what the data shows is working.
You hold the keys to your accounts at every stage. Reporting is built around the metrics that move your P&L (CPL, CAC, ROAS, gross profit, EBITDA contribution), not the vanity ones that look good in a deck.
